Study at Vilnius University

Dear SEELANGS,

Does anyone have any knowledge of the English-language programs at Vilnius
University (in particular the Russian and Eastern European masters),
particularly in terms of how rigorous the academics are and what the
reputation of the program and university are outside Lithuania? I'm also
interested in how the program might compare to similar ones at Vytautas
Magnus University and the University of Tartu.
