"Даёшь досрочное выполнение плана!"  - Восклицание, призывающее к осуществлению ч.-н. (С.И. Ожегов)
From these examples you can see there are nuances of meaning of "даёшь". It is possible that each time "даёшь" would be translated taking into account these nuances.

Thank you kindly. The word seems to have the function, if not the form, 
of давай!, which I would normally translate as "let's go!"
