Russian/American Exchange Programs for Minors

Dear SEELANGSers,

Does anyone know of any exchange programs for school-age students, in which
a child from Russia spends a summer with an American family? A friend asked
me about such possibilities, but I really haven't a clue. Any help would be
appreciated.
