perfect tense

Grammar forms are different, but the sense is merely the same...

Эту форму можно употребить и в утвердительном (восклицательном) 
предложении, если добавить усилительное местоимение:

Я ТАКАЯ усталая!

Вы ТАКИЕ усталые!

Мы такие усталые.

But it is definitely not a present perfect....
