A little more about the conference

I just spoke again with Gary McAdams, Wichita tribal president. He would
like me to tell you that the program, a map of how to get to the tribal
complex, and a registration form are or soon will be available on the
Wichita tribal web site, www.wichita.nsn.us. Registration ($15) can take
place at the conference on Friday morning.
He has also invited anyone who is in town Thursday evening to come
to the tribal complex around 7:00 for a reception. Thursday is the
regular meeting of a group studying and working to preserve traditional
Wichita songs.
Maps to the tribal complex should be available in the motel.
If you still need information on housing, let me know. The motel
is still holding rooms for us, and will do so until 10 days before the
conference, but you must tell them that you're with the conference when
you call -- otherwise they're sold out for that weekend.
