aspirated and unaspirated c

My recollection is that Buechel's 1939 grammar does
make the distinction, but I don't have it here at home.
That's the place to look though.  He was very
consciencious about marking aspiration there.  I blame
the dictionary problems on Paul Manhart's editing, or
lack thereof, after B's death.  I could be wrong
though.
