Yes.  I think s^ku'be generally means 'deep' like water
or 'thick' like a board.  s^u'ga is most commonly used for
'thick' in the sense of trees or bodies clustered closely
together.  The ha' s^u'ga example John gives above challenges
that limitation, however.
