Not me I think.  Or, if I knew of this, I'd forgotten.  Possibly s^i'c^a
'bad'?  But I think if you added ?uN 'do', you'd have to change c^ (< *k)
to l.  However, as soon as I start forming new words in Dakotan, my
fundamental ignorance of the language shows.
