Colleagues:

I must confess I'm with Thilo Schadeberg on 'andative' (he's not a man to cross), and would use 'itive' myself, though 'venitive' has enjoyed some use in Penutian studies.  Howard Berman's paper on the place of Molala in Plateau Penutian (IJAL 1996, 1-30) uses 'venitive' (rather than 'ventive').
