S&CC description/announcement

I'd love it if you would modify the website  -- I was planning to do one
here (WSC) but it would save me the trouble if you would do it.  We'll just
set up a link to some local information here.

Is the general consensus that the current (very basic) conference site
is ok?  If we want to continue with it, I can go ahead and modify it
for next year when the official call is set up. I don't want to assume
anything if someone else prefers to host it or such, but it is possible
for me to continue it and for SSILA host it for this year.
