More regarding "wa"

Assuming that what I see as ? is an accent mark, then I suspect this is
wa-a-pha-gi-ka, with a 'on'.

Not glex?

Perhaps onomatopoeic?  Especially given =hec^a 'be such a one'.  I'll see
if I can locate the call.
