Kilatika

A subtribe of the Algonquian-speaking Miami was identified by the
Jesuit Claude-Jean Allouez and Pierre-Charles Delliette, a French
teenager who lived among the Wea (a subtribe of the Miami), as
<Kilatika> and <Kiratika>, respectively.

This ethnonym has no apparent etymology in Miami-Illinois. I was
wondering if by chance it might have an apparent etymology in an Ohio
valley or Mississippian Siouan language.

Thank you.
