http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/byz/
 
and you'll get the National Weather Service map for SE Montana.  In the left column you can then type in "Billings, MT" or any other locale in the state for a particular forecast.  I don't know how many days into the future they untimately project, but if you check this site periodically you'll have more weather information than you ever wanted!
