Oh, oh.  I had made a reservation at the Travelodge.  Is that not where we're supposed to be staying?  If so, you might try the Travelodge Bob.  It might be difficult for the two of us to stay at different places if you have the car!  Otherwise, let me know where you stay and I can try and change my reservation to your motel.

Hi Mark,

Yes, I procrastinated reserving a motel room and now the Econolodge seems to be booked up.  Can you give us the names of maybe 2 or 3 other motels within a block or two of Econolodge so that those of us too lazy to get our druthers in on time can be close enough to help provide transportation to/from the meeting venue (and share in the beer, get-togethers, etc.)??

Just a reminder of the upcoming 2009 Siouan and Caddoan Languages Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska, June 11-14. 

Please send your paper abstracts for the two day Comparative Siouan Grammar workshop to Johannes or John Boyle, and paper abstracts for general topics to me by May 1st! 

I am asking for your assistance in extending the invitation to native language instruction programs to participate in the Saturday session/round table on native language instruction. If you have contacts with your local native language programs, please communicate this information to them and encourage them to contact me for details. Wi'bthahoN!
