maybe this could be a starting point for you: a couple of years ago I

Here's one example that I once had generated using "my" La??ta  
keyboard (I know Jan Ullrich doesn't appreciate this "convenience" at  
all, contacting me several time for this reason ;-) ):

In short: I had used the simple software "Ukelele" to alter the  
underlying (German) keyboard.
