(My capitals). <SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"> </SPAN>Incidentally, Dorsey's paper is preceeded by a poignant brief commemorative/biographical note, recording his career achievements & early death at age 47, of typhoid fever, in Washington, on Feb.4, 1895, penned by one "W.J.M."
