These are nothing else but two women's names and surnames written in
capital letters in cyrilic alphabet: OA(?) Evaronia Uvunova and SA(?)
Georgiva Vasilieva. It looks like some letters are messed up or maybe at
that time this was the way to write, i do not know. First of the
smaller words above lower surname mean "one"; do not know of meaning of
second word.<br> As it was suggested in attached letter, this can be
Russian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian or any of eastern languages, where cyrilic
