Clarification on foreign deaf learning English

My apologies for not being clear, thanks Barbara -

The information we are looking for is on deaf children who have moved
to the US with their hearing family who speaks another language (non
English).  Deaf children who are in an ESL classroom, attempting to
learn English.

I hope that clears things up,  THANK YOU. (Thanks Graham for sending
it out for me).
