Dear Ulrike, If you find such a wonderous tome, could you please let us in on it? I do believe the gang at Boston are working on some sort of theoretically consistent description of ASL (RGLee, you out there?), but until such a volume come out, I guess there are the pedagogical texts. Cheers, Dan.
