Ehh, I'd rather live in the Midwest than the South, West or East. Much more peaceful. I save other locations for vacation only.

But less developed and cheaper are definitely the reasons for the locations I've heard. Can u imagine the cost if it were in the South, East or West?

Smile.  I kind of like the idea of an ASL-using town, I think it would have a lot of positive ramifications for the Deaf, but South Dakota....?  Ugh.  (I'm in the S.F. Bay area myself)  Indiana is a little better, but I'm suspecting he's thinking of somewhere in the boonies of Indy....  But, those are areas as Adam Frost mentioned, cheap and less-developed (and Marvin happens to be living there...).
