I am pleased to inform you about the 2nd International Conference of 
Deaf People which will take place in Fez, Morocco, October 9th - 11th, 
2008.

The conference will have 3 themes:

    * Deaf Education.
    * Sign Languages Linguistics.
    * Mental Health and Deafness.

We would like to have as many Deaf presenters as possible. Here is the
