I make no apology but I vehemently disagree with that proposal. It  
would put a source of material beyond the reach of interpreters  
undertaking continual professional development and for trainees  
following certification with training organisation unaffiliated with  
universities.  Better for the bibliography service to closed  
completely than it become an academic elitist  tool.

In other words I don't support the idea.
