This is a very resourceful compilation of the givens across the world, thank you
for all the work and sharing it with us. 

Re Turkish Sign Language,we would appreciate it if work at Bogazici University,
Istanbul, is also listed.  We have an ongoing project which is supported by
TUBITAK (Turkish Science and Techonology Foundation) and  is part of the COST
Action IS1006.  The project team is  A. S. Ozsoy, A. Goksel, M. Kelepir.
