Subject: RE: interpreting at LSA

If you plan to attend the LSA Annual Meeting in Portland Oregon, from January 8-11, 2015, and will need American Sign Language/English interpretation, please register for the meeting by November 14, 2014, and let us know what sessions you will be attending, so that we can make appropriate arrangements for interpreters. All requests should be sent to David Robinson, Director of Membership and Meetings<mailto:drobinson at lsadc.org?subject=2015%20Annual%20Meeting%20ASL%20Interpretation%20Request> (drobinson at lsadc.org<mailto:drobinson at lsadc.org>), with the words "2015 Meeting ASL Interpreting Request" in the subject line. Please include a list of LSA sessions and/or papers you expect to attend, including plenary addresses, the business meeting, and the Presidential Address. All requests will be forwarded to the interpreter coordinator for the Portland meeting, who will identify qualified local interpreters, assist with scheduling, and handle day-to-day logistics concerning interpreting.
