Description: 
The Department of Linguistics at the University of Washington-Seattle invites applications for a tenure-track position in language acquisition and morphosyntactic processing at the level of Assistant Professor, starting September 15, 2020. 
University of Washington faculty engage in research, teaching and service; the successful applicant will develop a high-impact research program, teach graduate and undergraduate courses and supervise student research. This position is full-time (100% FTE), with a 9-month service period. 

All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; the ideal candidate will complement and build on existing strengths within the department, and will be eager to interact with students and faculty from the broader linguistics and language processing community at the University of Washington. 

Qualifications: 
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree, or foreign equivalent, in Linguistics or a related field by the start of employment.
