aim of creating the platform is to encourage users to learn and compare signs
of different places in the region, as well as sharing information about the
situation of the deaf people in the region. “<st1:place w:st="on">Asia</st1:place>
Signopedia” has just been launched in April. Users can upload textual or
video information onto the platform and share among users around the world in
order to enhance intercultural and academic exchanges among hearing and deaf
