It was developed at the International Centre for Sign Languages and Deaf Studies in the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on">UK</st1:country-region> and will be taught at the Indira Gandhi National Open University in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">New Delhi</st1:City>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">India</st1:country-region></st1:place>. <U>The beginning of the programme in 2009 is subject to validation.</U></SPAN></DIV>
