is to find out what makes you a <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">leader</i></b>! I want to find out whether a
difference exists between Deaf and hearing leader personalities in professional
associations due to certain factors. To find the answers, I will use a
demographic survey and two personality surveys to be given online. Everything
will be handled confidentially and anonymously. User IDs (number codes) will be
assigned to all completed surveys. All your responses will be confidential, and
no one will be able to distinguish your responses from any other participants’
responses. Your total time commitment with this study may be from 60 to 90
