[SSILA] Ballot closed, for now

Dear SSILA Member,

I have heard from several members that BallotBin is not functioning
properly.  I have closed the ballot.

My apologies to our candidates and voters, and thank you for your
patience.  BallotBin has served us well for four years.

In a few days, I will resend the ballot via a new company, Qualtrics.

If you have already voted, please know that those votes will not be
counted.  I will ask you to vote again with the new company.
