Dear SignWriting List Members:

I am writing to announce that I will focus on SignBank full time now.
I have decided to do nothing else, until SignBank's release in
September.

SignBank is important because the documentation of SignWriting
symbols will preserve the symbols for future generations...and a
large database of signs written in different signed languages will
make SignWriting immediately accessible to millions around the
world...

So I personally will not be posting to the SignWriting List for the
rest of June, July and August (except for emergencies). Then in
September, I will be back on the List, announcing the release of
SignBank!

The SignWriting List is still up and running. Everyone is welcome to
continue to post messages. It is a place for you to post your
SignWriting announcements and questions to each other - a wonderful
opportunity!

And of course, if you write to me privately I will try to answer,
although my email focus is not very good right now...If you have
something truly urgent, I would suggest that you telephone me...A TTY
message through a relay service can also work well...

I want to wish you all a wonderful June, July & August, and I look
forward to sharing an exciting September!
