4. UNSUBSCRIBE YOUR OLD ADDRESS
(there is a button for "Unsubscribe Me" on that web page)

Once you leave the web site, open your email box to check...You
probably will receive some email messages that will ask you to confirm
your changes, so be sure to answer those "automatic" confirmation
messages...
