Ha! No it is not a typo! Those symbols have been in the writing system 
since 1995, but are rarely used...since they are used in Spanish Sign 
Language and only a few other signed languages that I know of...I do 
not personally use them in ASL...so that is a specific rule that I 
stated below and I meant it!
