What you can get is The Irish Deaf Community, 
Volume 2 "The Structure of Irish Sign Language", 
published by Institiúid Teangeolaíochta Éireann, 
ISBN 0-946452-15-6. Volume 1 is about the 
Community itself and its history in Ireland.
