Val,
After looking at it, I think you were on the right track.  The word
"Here's" in the header and a lot of pictures in the email itself is
typical of some spam.  Spam blocking is in it's infancy now and I'm
getting some legitimate email blocked as such.  Where that happens the
sender has to contact the recipient's ISP and let them know that they
aren't spam.  It's a pain - almost as bad as dealing with spam itself.
