PUDL Dictionary has 4 signed languages...

Charles,
Judging from your jpg images, it would be good to clean them up and
convert to gif or png.  Is it possible for you to download and install
programs?  I found a freeware program that's about 2 megs in size that
says it will work in all Windows versions.
