SignFont

Hi :)
I'm writing a paper comparing notation systems for signed languages.  One of the systems I want to review is SignFont developed by Don Newkirk in 1987(?).
Does anyone have any information on this system?  I would like a list of the graphemes, etc...however, I am having trouble finding any publications.

If you know of anything it would be greatly appreciated!!!
