You both are correct!! We are viewing the side of the hand.
Number 2 is Front-View-Wall-Plane. The Wall Plane means the hand is 
parallel with the Front Wall.
Number 5 is Top-View-Floor-Plane.  The Floor Plane means the hand is 
parallel with the floor.
