European e-group opened

Hi all,

at the symposium in Brussels we decided that I should put in some time 
regarding organisation etc. So today I have created a group in Hotmail's 
MSN, where we can discuss

1: do we want an European organisation? If so, how should this be ruled 
(constitution, etc.)

2: do we want another symposium? If so, when and where?

3: what are our experices from the Brussels symposium? - In this group, we 
can go int more detail than would be appropriate for the entire sw-list. But 
once we have made our comments to the European group, a summary of those 
should be presented to the sw-list - if you agree.
