Yes. So this means that there may be capitalization markers within
the signing itself, although when it comes to writing, it will be
good to have a standard way to capitalize a written sign...which is
punctuation and not dependent on the grammar of one sign language...

So when you write horizontally, try underlining the proper names in
Norwegian Sign Language. The question is...will your proper name
rules in Norwegian spoken language influence when a capitalized sign
is underlined in Norwegian Sign Language?
