Dear Nancy and Everyone....
Here is the first line of Nancy's ASL transcription from
videotape....Since I cannot view the video, I will ask questions,
Nancy, and please answer...smile...

Sign 1....THERE
Is the person really looking straight forward, while pointing to the
dog on the left side of the body? The eyegaze does not match the
pointing, but that is ok...just check the video to be sure...

Sign 2...DOG
If this sentence were written down in a vertical column, I believe that
sign would be placed in the Left Sign Lane....in other words, the
feeling of the sign is shifted over to the left? Is that correct? The
pointing in the prior sign established that the sign is to the left of
the shoulders....You might want to place the shoulders on that sign and
make it clear that it is being produced on the left side of the
shoulders, even though it is the right hand doing the sign...

Sign 3...CL: paws
We mark classifiers with little tension symbols under the hands to show
the feeling of tension that is produced when marking classifiers while
signing...people do the tension, even if they don't realize it...I will
post information about this next message....

Sign 4...CL: paws raised
This looks good. I like the way you placed the Head Movement turning
the nose to the right with the double stemmed arrow down at the ear
level....there is nothing wrong with that, although it is usually
written above the head...I will post something about that in the next
few messages...

I will do this line by line...hope this is helpful...
