Yes. The term Sign Language Education is better, because it can be for
all people, whether they be Deaf or non-deaf...

Deaf Education is too broad a term.

SignWriting fits in Sign Language Education no matter what...

It doesn't always fit in Deaf Education, if the education is oralism...
