Lucy...See next message regarding your sign for MINISTER...


Regarding writing ANY sign at hip level or below hip level....

Contact with the side of the hip is written with two thick lines...a  
Shoulder Line and Hip Line. The hand is put near the Hip Line, or  
under it, if you want to contact the thigh.
