Hello Kelly!
What a fascinating sign. Can you email us your document, one sentence  
at a time, through SignText Mail later? That will be great...

It is true that there are not always long enough arrows...There are  
three sizes of arrows sometimes, but some arrows only have one size.

Yes...there are ways to extend the arrows within SignText by using  
small lines to build the length you need....see attached diagram...
