thanks for your answer... in your first example... I would have written a
star contact symbol + the small wave for tension (Val explains the
"pressing" symbol in the e-lesson (don't remember which one exactly...) I
personnaly never use the + symbol... and wonder when that should be used...

I would have written  |+|  like you in the second sign... but I'm not sure I
understood the difference between these 2 symbols!

The thumbs press each other and rotate in a circle forward.  The hands are
not also in-between each other.
 

 
I personally would sign this with the |+| as the fingers grasp something in
between, maybe I'm being picky.
