ASL sign for 'tail'

[CWren at DOE.K12.GA.US]

I am having a hard time figuring how to write the ASL sign for 'tail'... 
the Cat in the Hat is going to be holding a fan in his tail, and fanning 
himself with it. 

  this is what I have so far, and it is very awkward...  Can anyone help 
me?
