I find that Google Video is better in restrictions. You can have a video be
"unlisted". This means that they only access is by direct link. This is good
if you don't want someone to find it on their website, but you can have it
embedded in your website. The problem that I found with YouTube's private
option is that you can't have it embedded on your website for general view.
