I would agree with Cherie that he does have a strong English accent to  
his signing on the video promotion. :)  That could be a by product of  
using an English script to plan what he will say in the promo video or  
if they wrote the English first for subtitling and then signed the  
"ASL" based on the English script. The rest of the package would have  
to be evaluated to see if it truly taught ASL or not. His topics are  
certainly good topics that he will discuss. Without further details,  
it is hard to say.
