Please see attached diagram. My changes are on the right. The third  
sign shows that we usually place the Finger Hinge Motion on the  
ending position, since if you wrote the sign with a beginning and  
ending position, the arrowhead would be near the ending position,  
because the arrow is always between the beginning and ending  
positions...so if you take a position away, take away the beginning  
position...
