Lesson 2, Handwriting Course

Handprinting is used to teach Deaf children, and beginning  
Signwriters, how to write the printed symbols by hand...

Handprinting is the way we learn to write in English too, when we  
first go to school...as young children....Handwriting comes later,  
after Handprinting is easy and natural...

I used Handprinting a lot, of both English and Danish, while I lived  
in Denmark, because I knew that my Handwriting would probably not be  
understood...unless the reader had lived in the US or was used to the  
US handwriting styles...

This course is in Handwriting, not Handprinting, although several of  
you did your homework in Handprinting, not realizing the difference!
