Hi Val,
    Sorry to hear that you have been sick.  I hope you are doing better
now.  I know that sometimes it´s hard to take things slow when we get
sick.  Especially if we are enjoying volunteering and helping others. 
But it´s the right, mature thing to do.  We are still here for when you
are ready teach us some more handwriting, whenever you are ready. 

Wish you a full recovery soon.
